Xiaoshi Did Not Bring a Pencil

Original title:

Chinese original. Xiaoshi arrives at the kindergarten with a heavy bag and a little notebook full of slips of paper. When the children set out to build a bridge over the river made from a blue scarf, she finds she has not brought a pencil; Atom lends her one, and later, when she asks for help, offers first to sit with her. The English title above is a rendering of the Chinese title for readers of this page; the work itself is published only in Chinese.
