What this build is
Library of the Citadel is an independent, statically built Library framework: a hall, a collection gallery with search and a region filter, and one generated page per record. There is no backend and no runtime server requirement for browsing the deployed output.
It is kept as a shared library rather than a publication: two people add to it slowly, and each record stays labelled with what it is and where it came from, so it is still legible to anyone else who opens it.
